With a race coming up I elected to play it safe and ran on the treadmill today. My Achilles is still a little sore, so I opted to run inside. Nothing too fancy about today's run. I dialed it back a bit and ran all 8 at a 6:58 pace. A few hours post run I feel pretty good. I'll stretch good tonight and try and get this Achilles back in-order.
