Injury

Last night, after I mowed the lawn, I noticed some pain under my big toe. To make a long story short it got to a point of feeling like I broke a bone or hurt myself during my earlier run. With the pain being too much I went to the urgent care and found out I have a nice case of Gout. The Dr. said I maybe able to run this Friday, but it all depends on how I feel and if the medicine kicks in - - - this sucks! I thought only old people get Gout - - boy I was wrong.

If you look at the picture it's my right foot that's all "jacked" up. You can see the redness and how big it got over one night. Not fun and pretty painful.
