I wish the snow would be off the ground and sidewalks around here. I would really like to get some runs in outside. Once again I was inside for my 8 mile run. Pretty boring run today. The first 4 miles were at 6:40 pace (9.0 mph), the next two were at 6:58 (8.6) and the final two were back at 6:40. So, nothing really too big.
