Late night again at work (still working and on a conference call), so this is going to be another quick recap.

Two runs today. Run number 1 was an 8 mile effort on the treadmill at a 6:58 pace. Run number 2 was a 4 mile effort outside this evening. Felt good and was around a 6:30 pace.
