AM effort

We're heading to Germany today, so yesterday was spent packing. This morning I set the alarm a little early and got a 7 mile effort in. When the alarm went off I found a few excuses to stay in bed, but rolled out and figured I better get a run in otherwise I wasn't going to be able to get one in. Well, I'm glad I did. I was a little sluggish, but it felt good to get some early AM miles in. Now all I need to do is get some miles in while we're in Germany.
